Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone to see if you would like to wait the additional time or would like a refund or credit for another purchase.

Once your item has shipped, we will email you with tracking information.

After your item has shipped, most orders should arrive between 3-5 business days due to the nature of our custom work. Please be patient.  Depending on your shipping and product selection, your product may arrive any where from 7-10 business days up to 30 business days.  Please check tracking number provided. We are working hard to get you your order so you can begin the exciting transformation of your space!
